As a life long member of the club, it has been fantastic to see the transformation that we have witnessed since RSM Cricket became involved with the club. In 8 years we have climbed divisions in all sections of the club, and ended up competing with clubs that we never dreamed of competing with. RSM Cricket was also instrumental in a large scale ground improvement that was something that we never thought achievable.

Since joining Finchley age 16 when RSM Cricket in charge of coaching, I’ve always found them to be extremely knowledgeable and approachable as people and as coaches. Your coaching of Douglas is really starting to pay dividends.....he scored a match-winning 54 not out today to rescue us from 19-5 against Primrose Hill. Good shot selection AND playing straight bat/good defence to the good balls (which he wasn't doing at all last year).
